Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of Ayurvedic health supplements and our strict commitment to quality and hygiene, HERBAL HAND JADIBOOTI adheres to a careful return policy. Please read this carefully before purchasing.

1. Cancellations

Timeline: Cancellations are accepted only before the order is dispatched from our location in Bareilly.
Procedure: Once shipping confirmation is sent via email or SMS, the order cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us immediately via phone (6396549240) or email (Herbalhandjadibooti@gmail.com).

2. Eligibility for Returns (7 Days)

We only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions, provided the request is raised within 7 calendar days of delivery:

Condition	Requirement
Damaged Item	The product is visibly damaged upon receipt. This must be reported immediately (within 24 hours) with clear photographic evidence showing the damage and the original packaging. All the approved replacements will be completed and delivered within 15 business days.
Wrong Product Shipped	You received a product other than what you ordered (e.g., received Tila Tail instead of Strom King).
Seal Broken on Arrival	The outer security seal of the product packaging is visibly broken upon arrival.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, health standards, and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any product that has been:

Opened, used, or partially consumed.
Returned without the original packaging, labels, and documentation.
Ordered incorrectly by the customer.
Disliked based on taste, smell, or perceived efficacy (Ayurvedic results vary based on individual constitution and body response).

4. Refund Process

If your return is approved and meets the conditions listed above:

Notification: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request after inspection.
Prepaid Orders: The refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
COD Orders: The refund will be issued as store credit or processed via bank transfer after verifying the customer’s bank details.

5. Return Shipping Address

If a return is required due to damage or a wrong shipment, our team will arrange for reverse logistics pickup where possible. If self-shipment is required, please send the item to our registered address only after receiving confirmation from our support team:
