1. Ordering and Accounts

  • Order Placement: Simply add your desired products (like Strom King, Nil Sukranu Powder, or Tila Tail) to your cart and proceed to checkout.

  • Account: While guest checkout is available, we recommend creating an account to easily track orders and access past purchases.

2. Payment Options

We offer convenient and secure payment methods:

Prepaid (Debit/Credit Card, UPI, Netbanking) Instant confirmation and faster dispatch.
Cash on Delivery (COD) No fixed maximum limit per order. All COD orders require mandatory phone/SMS verification from our team (6396549240) before dispatch.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ensure fast and reliable delivery across India from our facility in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • FREE SHIPPING on all orders valued at ₹499 and above.

    • Orders below ₹499 incur a standard charge of ₹60.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST).

  • Delivery Time: Estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS immediately upon dispatch.

4. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic health supplements, we maintain a strict policy to ensure product integrity for all customers.

Policy Rule Summary
Cancellations Only accepted before the order is dispatched. Once you receive the tracking notification, the order cannot be cancelled.
Returns Window 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return Eligibility Only accepted if the item is damaged upon receipt, the wrong product was delivered, or the seal was broken on arrival. Photographic evidence is mandatory.
Non-Returnable Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Refunds Issued as credit or bank transfer for approved returns.
