3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • Order Confirmation: All COD orders are subject to mandatory verification via phone call or SMS from our team (6396549240, 9760690128, or 9520590128). Orders that are unverified or deemed suspicious may be cancelled.

  • Maximum Limit: HERBAL HAND JADIBOOTI does not impose a fixed maximum monetary limit on COD orders. However, we reserve the right to verify high-value orders more rigorously.

  • Acceptance and Payment: You agree to pay the full order amount to the delivery agent at the time of delivery. Payment must be made in full cash.

  • Refusal/Non-Acceptance: If a COD order is refused at the door without a valid reason, HERBAL HAND JADIBOOTI reserves the right to refuse future COD orders from that customer to recover logistics costs and protect against fraudulent orders.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
